Getting to know your Mobile RV Technician & Inspector:
So, my oldest son started calling me Big Squatchy about 20 years ago...and it stuck ever since. Happy Days!
WHY CHOOSE BIG SQUATCHY?
Integrity is the cornerstone of my beliefs in both personal and professional relationships. It embodies the principles of honesty and fortitude that I live by every day.
If I don't answer the phone when you call, I promise you a returned call within 24 hours. And I will make sure I do everything in my power to ensure you are taken care of properly.
Hard Work
I will promise you that here at Big Squatchy...we never stop! We will do everything in our power to adjust schedules to get your units taken care of at any time of the day...week...or location.
Once on the phone, your problems...become our problems. Can't have momma getting cold at night when the furnace decides to stop working when the temperature suddenly drops, or the ACs are just blowing warm/hot air when it's 98 degrees outside, or all of your groceries in the fridge aren't staying cold.
We have to keep on the move to evade the constant harassment from the paparazzi'...:)
Family
Family is life here at Big Squatchy. It doesn't matter how much money we make in life; we can't replace our family nor our time. We work hard to open up as much time possible to fill with making memories with our family.
FLUID SAMPLING
It is highly recommended that you have fluids analysis performed on your RV not just prior to purchase, but also on an ongoing preventative basis. If you would like to have your Engine Oil, Coolant,
transmission fluid or generator oil or coolant (if available on your RV), these can be provided at an additional cost.
Fluid analysis may also be performed on a vehicle that may be towing the RV if requested in advance.
